Founder & AccountantAbbey empowers small business owners to take control of their finances by turning complex numbers into clear, actionable insights. Her practical, down-to-earth approach helps clients make confident decisions without getting lost in technical detail.
With experience owning businesses in the trades and hire industries, Abbey understands the day-to-day pressures of small business — from managing cash flow to navigating growth. She combines this real-world perspective with strong technical foundations to offer advice that’s not just smart, but relevant.
Every solution is tailored, every conversation grounded in understanding. Abbey works alongside her clients to solve challenges, uncover opportunities, and build long-term value.
Previously a Chartered Accountant, Abbey is now a member of ATAINZ (Accountants + Tax Agents Institute of New Zealand), choosing a path that aligns with her belief in client-first, practical support.
She believes financial empowerment is the foundation for business success — and that when you learn together and grow together, prosperity follows.

Senior Accountant
Larissa is a Senior Accountant at Prosper, bringing over 15 years of experience across New Zealand and the UK. Her background includes running her own accounting practice and working as a Registered Tax Agent, giving her both strong technical expertise and real-world business insight.
She has supported a wide range of clients with compliance, payroll, GST, year-end accounts and management reporting. Larissa is known for her practical, organised approach and her focus on helping business owners stay on top of their numbers without the stress.
Having built and managed her own client base, Larissa understands firsthand the pressures that come with running a business. She’s passionate about proactive accounting and creating systems that give clients clarity and confidence.
Larissa is Xero and Xero Payroll certified and has experience across multiple accounting platforms.
Outside of work, Larissa is a mum to two primary school–aged daughters. She values being part of a stable, supportive team that allows her to do great work while still being present for her family.
